Recently my parents needed an estate attorney to help update and refine existing estate planning documents. Rossway Swan was one of two firms recommended to them. As I regularly work with estate attorneys as part of my business but did not know either firm, I asked a trusted contact, also an estate attorney, to review both firms for their qualifications. In the several months of working with Mike Swan and Caroline Kirkendall I was impressed with their legal accumen and client relationship skills. My parents are in their 90s and needed a lot of handholding in the process.
