Ethan S. Moore joined Rossway Swan in 2022.  Ethan has over 10 years of business and professional experience, including several years as a C-suite executive at a mid-sized education services company.  He is a Florida native with a diverse professional background, having lived and worked in Miami, San Francisco, Ho Chi Minh City, and Singapore, and worked on business consulting projects in various other countries in South America and Asia.  As a former executive, Ethan understands the complexities and challenges of running a business and has a keen understanding of the legal issues that arise in the corporate world. He leverages his business experience to provide practical and strategic advice to clients, helping them navigate through complex legal matters and achieve their business goals.

Ethan received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated third in his J.D. class.  Following his keen interest in individual and corporate tax law, Ethan also received an LL.M. in Taxation from UF Law.  His interests also include corporate law, property law, and technology law. While in law school, he served on the executive board of the University of Florida’s Journal of Technology Law & Policy, was an Ethos of Excellence Scholar, and was published in the Iowa Law Review.

Ethan participated in the inaugural class of the Taxpayer Clinic at UF Law in 2022, providing assistance to taxpayers in asserting their rights against the IRS.  At Rossway Swan, Ethan works on M&A deals, capital raises for both mature companies and startups, commercial real estate matters, corporate governance matters, and various related individual and business tax matters.
